She is also the co-founder of GMI Ratings and The Corporate Library, and has previously served as principal of Lens Investment Management, president of Institutional Shareholder Services, and MBA faculty at George Mason University.
She is a graduate of Sarah Lawrence College and the University of Chicago Law School.
