Sol: Off and on for several years

How did you end up working on stock compensation?

Sol: When I joined Smith Barney in 1999, executives needed to understand their stock options and the application of Rule 144. I decided to study, ask questions and execute everything available for knowledge and experience, which led to becoming a Corporate Client Group Director managing equity and 10b5-1 plans and attaining my CEP.

What would you be doing if you didn't work in stock compensation?

Sol: Manage real estate

Sol: Cell phone

What are your favorite things to do when you aren't working?

Sol: Traveling with my family, running, skiing, outdoor activities, participation in my daughters' schools

Sol: I was head of Sales and Marketing at a major winery prior to Smith Barney
