Bill: Just joined in January 2016...

How did you end up working on stock compensation?

Bill: It was part of my SEC Reporting responsibilities when I worked for publicly traded companies. Loved it so much that I decided to do it full time.

What would you be doing if you didn't work in stock compensation?

Bill: Probably working in internal audit or a SEC Reporting Compliance role.

What was your college or university major?

Bill: Double majored in Accounting and Finance

Bill: Laptop

What are your favorite things to do when you aren't working?

Bill: Spending time with family



Where is your favorite place to go on vacation?

Bill: Anywhere outside of Indiana

Bill: Good to Great by Jim Collins

What's one thing your peers may be surprised to learn about you?

Bill: At the time of this entry, I would say my peers would be surprised to learn that I have bowled 23 perfect 300 games, and I am an Indiana State Bowling Champion.

How has being a member of the NASPP helped you?

Bill: The NASPP membership offers a good repository of resources on equity comp topics/matters that have an impact on what I do. It also offers networking opportunities. Plain and simple, it helps me do my job, so I can provide solutions to my clients and grow my expertise of the complex world of equity comp. Can't complain about that...
