How did you end up working on stock compensation?

Emily: In the mid-90s, I was looking for a new opportunity. It was the 90s, so classified ads were still a key part of any job search! I didn't even know what a stock option was, but somehow it all worked out!

What would you be doing if you didn't work in stock compensation?
