Christina: 6 years

How did you end up working on stock compensation?

Christina: My general counsel thought I would be a perfect fit for all of the 'stock stuff'. So I changed career paths and became a stock administrator and joined the NASPP soon after.

What would you be doing if you didn't work in stock compensation?

Christina: Probably a Human Resources Manager working along side the department heads to enhance the employee experience and create a culture people want to be a part of.

What was your college or university major?

Christina: Sociology with a minor in HR Administration

Name one item you couldn't do your job without:

Christina: Excel

What are your favorite things to do when you aren't working?

Christina: Spend time with my family

Ride up the coast on the back of our Harley

Spend an afternoon reading a good book

Where is your favorite place to go on vacation?

Christina: That is hard to answer - I still believe that San Francisco is my all time favorite - but I dream about going to Greece or Italy

Christina: What Dreams May Come - if you saw the movie read the book

Christina: Being a member of the NASPP has been a huge benefit to my career. Meeting such wonderful people has helped me grow in my career and as a person. The people in this organization amaze me all the time with the knowledge they bring to the table.
