To be considered as an NASPP Fellow, you must be:
An NASPP member for the past five consecutive years
An accomplished professional who has demonstrated leadership in the equity compensation community and among peers
The following factors will also be considered:
Personal performance as an equity compensation professional
Tenure and level of involvement within the equity compensation community
Commitment to and demonstration of actions that drive diversity, inclusion, and equity
Integrity, ethics, and respect for others and the profession
$250/year to maintain Fellow status*
Must maintain an active annual NASPP membership
Fulfill continuing education requirements
*Fee subject to change. Retired fellows receive lifetime NASPP membership and can apply to have annual Fellow fee waived.
