Eligibility

To be considered as an NASPP Fellow, you must be:

  • An NASPP member for the past five consecutive years 

  • An accomplished professional who has demonstrated leadership in the equity compensation community and among peers

The following factors will also be considered:

  • Personal performance as an equity compensation professional

  • Tenure and level of involvement within the equity compensation community

  • Commitment to and demonstration of actions that drive diversity, inclusion, and equity

  • Integrity, ethics, and respect for others and the profession

Ongoing Requirements
  • $250/year to maintain Fellow status*

  • Must maintain an active annual NASPP membership

  • Fulfill continuing education requirements

*Fee subject to change. Retired fellows receive lifetime NASPP membership and can apply to have annual Fellow fee waived.
